A large emphasis of any Pura Vidya Retreat is healing with Music. We love to sing, dance and play with all the toys... drums, didgeridoos, singing bowls, flutes...the works. Kirtan
Kirtan is an ancient form of meditation through song. Most Kirtan songs are in Sanskrit, a language from India that traces its roots to the beginning of language itself. The Kirtan experience, ideally, is participatory, so please feel free to sing along with these songs.
