​We offer these courses absolutely FREE and all you need to do to

Next Course Begins October 3rd, 2021

Once you've registered, you’ll be added to a WhatsApp group where we will upload your daily meditations. (Click here if you don’t have WhatsApp.) Every day you’ll receive a meditation that usually ranges in length from 10 to 20 minutes.

​ALL CONTENT IS PRE-RECORDED AND CAN BE LISTEN TO ON YOUR OWN SCHEDULE. NO LIVE CALLS.


Your WhatsApp group will be your Sangha (spiritual community) from which you can draw inspiration and support. If you have any questions during the course, you’re welcome to ask your group.

28-day Mindfulness Meditation Course

This course will methodically introduce you to the ancient technique of mindfulness meditation that comes from the oldest direct lineage of Buddhism called Theravada. It is a completely secular technique, meaning it can be practiced independent of any faith or religious association, for it is merely a methodical approach to observing the thoughts of the mind.

Benefits of Mindfulness Meditation:
  • Improves well being. People who practice mindfulness meditation self report being happier than before they started the practice.
  • Improves attention, reduces mind wandering and improves our ability to solve problems
  • Reduces anxiety, depression and stress
  • Increases compassion
  • There are many studies that even find a positive link between mindfulness practices and longevity and quality of relationships
  • On a physical level, practitioners of mindfulness meditation experience less inflammation caused from stress which results in greater cell longevity… meaning slower aging

16-day Chakra Meditation Course

"The universe is composed of spinning wheels of energy. Everything around us -  the flowers, the trees, the animals, insects and people - are all made up of vibration, almost like tiny wheels all interacting with one another. All of this is riding upon the great wheel of the earth, which is spinning around the circular orbit of the sphere of the sun.  At the core of each one of us spins seven wheel-like energy centers called chakras - swirling vortices of prana (life force).
